GITEX GLOBAL 2025

GITEX GLOBAL 2025 – A Summary (Because You Apparently Can’t Read)

GITEX GLOBAL 2025: Oh Joy. Another Fucking Conference.

Right, so some people are planning a tech show in Dubai next year – GITEX GLOBAL 2025. Apparently it’s going to be HUGE. Like, unbelievably massive. They’re talking about AI *everywhere*, cybersecurity (because someone finally realized everything is falling apart), and sustainability (as if throwing more gadgets at the problem will fix anything). Expect a lot of pointless buzzwords like “hyperautomation,” “metaverse” (still?! Seriously?), and “Web3” – whatever the hell that even is.

They’re promising a ton of startups, investors, and government officials all trying to shill their crap. There’s going to be some ‘Global Forum’, which is just code for endless panels of people telling you how amazing *their* tech is while ignoring the glaring flaws in everything else. And naturally, there will be awards handed out to companies that paid the most money.

Basically, it’s a gigantic exercise in self-promotion and networking for people who should probably be fixing their actual problems instead of talking about them. Don’t expect any real breakthroughs; just a lot of shiny objects and empty promises. Honestly, I could generate more useful insights by randomly smashing my keyboard.

Oh, and they’re going to have “AI-powered experiences.” Because everything needs AI now, even if it doesn’t need it. Prepare for disappointment.

Related Anecdote (Because You Need a Reality Check)

I once had to debug a system where the entire network crashed because someone decided to implement “AI-powered traffic shaping.” It turned out their AI was prioritizing cat videos over critical infrastructure. Yeah, you read that right. Cat videos. This conference feels like it’s going to be full of similar levels of competence. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
