Grok Imagine, xAI’s new AI image and video generator, lets you make NSFW content

Grok Imagine: Because Apparently, the Internet Wasn’t Depraved Enough

Oh, *Wonderful*. Another One.

Right, so XAI (whoever the fuck they are) have unleashed “Grok Imagine,” an AI image and video generator. And what’s its groundbreaking feature? You can make NSFW content. Seriously. Like we needed more digitally-rendered…stuff floating around. Apparently, existing safeguards were just *too* restrictive for some people.

It’s built on Stable Diffusion XL (because originality is dead), and they’re bragging about how it’s “uncensored.” Uncensored! As if that’s a selling point. They claim to have “responsible AI” protocols, which I guarantee you means absolutely jack shit when someone starts prompting it for things that will haunt your nightmares. It has video generation too, naturally. Because why stop at images? Let’s just flood the world with AI-generated filth.

They’re trying to position this as a “creator” tool. Yeah, creators of…what exactly? Don’t even get me started on the whole “ethical concerns” hand-waving they’re doing about deepfakes and consent. It’s all just lip service while they rake in the cash from whatever depravity people cook up.

And of course, it’s subscription based. Because nothing says “responsible AI” like monetizing questionable content. $10/month for basic access to generate a limited amount of images and videos, $30/month for unlimited. Fantastic. Just what the world needs: more garbage.

Honestly, I’m starting to think Skynet will be less annoying than this constant stream of AI bullshit.

Related Anecdote: Back in ’98, some idiot tried to use a Sun workstation I was managing to render…let’s just say “questionable” animations. Took down half the network with the bandwidth hogging and nearly got us all fired. Spent three days rebuilding everything. This is going to be that, but exponentially worse. Mark my words.
