Apparently, this is because everyone’s scrambling for people who can make their AI not completely fuck up in front of paying customers. Enterprise AI is the new gold rush, and it’s all about preventing hallucinations and making sure the bots don’t spout racist garbage. Shocking. The whole team is going over there, which means more money thrown at a problem that should have been solved *before* unleashing these digital nightmares on the world.

The article drones on about how competitive this talent grab is. Yeah, no shit. Everyone wants to build the least-worst AI and they’re willing to pay insane amounts of cash for it.
