Microsoft reminds of Windows 10 support ending in two months

Windows 10 is Officially Dead – Thanks, Microsoft

Seriously? Still Using Windows 10?

Oh, for the love of all that is holy. Microsoft, in their infinite wisdom (read: relentless pursuit of your money), are reminding you – again – that Windows 10 is kicking the bucket on October 14th, 2025. Yeah, that’s right. It’s going to be unsupported. Meaning no more security updates. No more fixes for all those godforsaken bugs. Just a lovely breeding ground for malware and headaches.

They’re pushing everyone to Windows 11, naturally. Because forcing people onto newer versions is *totally* about user experience and not at all about lining their pockets. If your machine doesn’t meet the ridiculously inflated requirements for 11? Well, tough shit. You’re on your own. They suggest buying a new PC, because apparently they don’t care if you can afford it.

Home and Pro editions are getting the axe. Some specialized versions like Enterprise/Education will get extended support until… wait for it… October 14th, 2028. Because *those* people have money to throw around. The usual bullshit applies: upgrade now or face the consequences. Honestly, if you haven’t upgraded by now, you deserve whatever digital fate awaits you.

Don’t come crying to me when your system gets pwned. I warned you. I *always* warn you.

Speaking of unsupported systems, I once had to deal with a user still running Windows XP because “it just works.” Just *works*. Right. It worked like a sieve for every single security threat known to man. Spent three days cleaning up the mess after a ransomware attack. Three days I’ll never get back. And you know what they said? “Can you make it work again?” Seriously, some people…
