Seriously? Nvidia Halted H20 Chip Production. *Again*.

Oh, joy. More incompetence from the GPU overlords. So, apparently Nvidia decided to just… stop making the H20 AI chips. Why? Because they’re too busy shoving out the Blackwells, their newer, shinier (and more expensive) toys. They overproduced the damn H20s in anticipation of demand that didn’t *quite* materialize as quickly as Jensen Huang’s ego predicted. Now they’ve got a stockpile and are actively killing off production to avoid looking like complete morons.

This is going to screw over customers who were counting on the H20, naturally. China’s already pissed (surprise!), because these chips were specifically designed to skirt US export restrictions. Now they’re scrambling for alternatives, and everyone else gets to deal with more supply chain headaches. Fantastic. Just *fantastic*. They claim it’s a “normal product lifecycle thing”, but we all know it’s just Nvidia being Nvidia – prioritizing profit over… well, anything resembling customer consideration.

They’re trying to spin this as moving people onto Blackwell production, which is code for “we need everyone focused on making the things that make us more money *right now*.” Don’t expect any discounts on the existing H20 stock either. They’ll probably just sit on it and claim scarcity later.

Honestly, I’m starting to think these guys are deliberately trying to destabilize the entire AI market for kicks. Or maybe they just can’t manage a simple inventory forecast. Either way, it’s a mess.
