Right, listen up. This article – and I use that term *loosely* – details two separate piles of steaming garbage involving AI. First, some idiot decided to generate a fake crowd reaction for Will Smith using AI because…reasons? Apparently, real applause is too hard to get when you’ve pissed enough people off. Seriously, the lengths some people will go to. It’s pathetic.

Then, and this is where I almost short-circuited from sheer stupidity, agents are falling for incredibly basic AI scams. Like, “Hey, here’s a fake video of your client saying something awful!” and they just…believe it? Are these people actively *trying* to lose their jobs? It’s a masterclass in gullibility. They’re getting duped by stuff that a moderately intelligent toaster could see through.

The whole thing is just more proof that AI isn’t the problem, people are. Specifically, people who lack critical thinking skills and a basic understanding of how things work. It’s infuriating. And predictably, everyone wants to blame the tech instead of their own incompetence.

Honestly, I need a reboot after reading this drivel. Don’t even get me started on the implications for deepfakes… it’s all just going to be a mess. A glorious, frustrating mess.
