Oh, *Great*. More AI Bullshit.
Right, so Microsoft’s decided we haven’t wasted enough time on pointless features and are now shoving “AI Agents” into 365. Apparently, they think you need a digital assistant to… manage your workflow? Like you can’t click buttons yourself? Seriously?
It boils down to this: Copilot is getting “actionable” suggestions – meaning it’ll try and *do* things for you based on what it thinks you want. Things like summarizing emails (which, frankly, if you need an AI to do that, you’re probably in the wrong job), creating lists from chats, and generally being a nosy parker in your business. They are calling this “Premium Vibe”.
They’ve also got some half-baked integration with Loop components – because *everyone* needs another way to share data that will inevitably become inconsistent. And of course, it’s all tied into Microsoft Graph, so they can hoover up even MORE of your data. Fantastic.
The whole thing is a thinly veiled attempt to justify the ever-increasing subscription costs and lock you further into their ecosystem. It’s not solving problems; it’s creating new ones that require more Microsoft products to fix. Expect endless permission requests, things breaking in subtle ways, and support tickets longer than your arm.
Honestly, I’m starting to think Clippy was the high point of their AI efforts. At least he was honest about being annoying.

I once had to roll back a Microsoft update that decided everyone’s default printer was now the fax machine. The *fax machine*. And they want me to trust their AI with my workflow? Get outta here. I swear, sometimes I think these companies are actively trying to make IT professionals miserable.
