WisdomAI Bags Another $50M – Because Apparently We Haven’t Funded Enough Goddamn AI Startups Yet
Right, so here we go again. Another bloody AI startup just hauled in a mountain of cash – $50 freaking million – led by Kleiner Perkins and the almighty Nvidia, because clearly they just can’t resist another data-flavored money fire. The company is called WisdomAI, which is a fantastic name for something that’s definitely not going to achieve enlightenment but will sure as hell inhale everyone’s data like a vacuum on steroids.
Apparently, these jokers at WisdomAI are building some “advanced data intelligence layer” to help other companies do “smarter” AI… as if slapping an extra three layers of buzzwords on top of the same half-baked ML pipeline somehow makes it revolutionary. Investors, bless their delusional little hearts, are tripping over themselves to throw cash into yet another AI “platform” that promises to “democratize data,” which we all know really means “lock you into our overpriced SaaS hellscape till the end of time.”
Nvidia’s probably seeing dollar signs because every one of these clowns needs a thousand GPUs to “train” their “revolutionary” model that just regurgitates the same crap ChatGPT said a year ago. And Kleiner? Oh, they’re just doing what they always do – sniff around for the next unicorn that might actually shit gold before it implodes under the weight of its own hype.
Anyway, expect a lot of excited LinkedIn posts about “unlocking enterprise intelligence” and “bridging the gap between data and action,” whatever the hell that means. Meanwhile, I’ll be over here wondering how soon before the founders sell this thing to some megacorp, buy Teslas for their dogs, and start another “stealth AI thing” six months later.

Reminds me of the time I “invested” in a startup – turned out it was just a bloke in a hoodie and a Google Sheet. Still gave better ROI than half these AI clowns.
