Right, so Sam Altman – you know, *that* guy from OpenAI – is flapping his gums again. Apparently, ChatGPT is on track to be better at “talking” than humans. Fantastic. Just what we fucking needed: more synthetic bullshit clogging up the internet. He’s babbling about needing a trillion dollars to build infrastructure for this… thing. A trillion! For glorified auto-complete? Seriously?

The article basically says Altman thinks AI will be doing *everything* soon – writing code, designing things, generally replacing all of us useless meatbags. He’s pushing for more regulation (conveniently after making a fortune off unregulated development) and wants everyone to get used to the idea that AI is going to fundamentally change society. He’s also whining about needing more compute power, because apparently simulating intelligence requires an ungodly amount of electricity. No shit, Sherlock.

And the kicker? He thinks it’ll be *good* for us. Yeah, right. Just trust him. It’s not like every tech visionary has a flawless track record or anything. He’s talking about “digital humans” and how they’ll need identities… because apparently we haven’t created enough problems already with fake accounts and bots.

Honestly, the whole thing reeks of self-serving hype and a desperate attempt to justify the insane amount of resources being poured into this digital echo chamber. Don’t believe the marketing fluff. It’s still just a fancy parrot.
