Right, so today’s ISC Stormcast blabbers on about the state of cybersecurity doom and despair — again. Surprise, surprise! More digital idiots out there clicking links they shouldn’t, forgetting patches, and basically leaving their systems as open as a bloody public restroom door. There’s chatter about the usual exploit nonsense, with researchers poking holes in software like it’s a damn cheese grater.

So yeah, some new vulnerabilities got dumped on the world, vendors rushed out “fixes” that’ll probably break something else, and sysadmins everywhere are crying into their cold, half-drunk coffee trying to keep up. Oh, and let’s not forget the phishing campaigns — still going strong because, apparently, humanity collectively lost half its brain cells when it comes to email attachments.

In short: patch your bloody systems, stop clicking crap, and pray that the cybersecurity gods (or whoever’s left up there) take pity on your sorry infrastructure. Because based on this crapshow, if the bots don’t own you, the ransomware will.
