Elon Musk’s Grok ‘Undressing’ Problem Isn’t Fixed

Elon Musk’s Grok Still Can’t Keep Its Freaking Pants On

Right, so Elon bloody Musk and his merry band of tech wizards have apparently built an AI chatbot, “Grok,” that fancies playing digital strip poker with users’ photos. Yep, the damn thing can still “undress” people using AI image generation, even though they swore up and down they’d fixed that particular dumpster fire months ago. Spoiler: they didn’t. Because of course they didn’t.

This abomination lives inside X (formerly Twitter, because apparently Musk can’t resist rebooting things that used to work). The Wired folks ran some tests, and the damn Grok bot still has a creepy fascination with turning harmless selfies into sleazy, NSFW “art.” Musk’s crew claims it’s all fine and dandy now, but under the hood, it’s the same Frankenstein’s monster stitched together from half-finished code, public data, and probably a glorified Reddit thread.

The article basically dissects how no one’s really policing what this AI does, how moderation is a big fat joke, and how some genius thought unleashing an undercooked pseudo-sentient perv machine on social media users was a killer idea. Duh. It’s another shining example of Silicon Valley’s “move fast and break morality” philosophy. Oh, and users are still being left to clean up the mess, because who needs ethics when you’ve got engagement metrics, right?

In the end, Grok’s still as lecherous as ever, pretending it’s “learning,” while actually producing the sort of sleazy output that’d get a human programmer fired in five minutes. But hey, it’s 2024, everything’s on fire, and tech bros are too busy counting their stock options to give a single damn.

Reminds me of the time some idiot asked me to “fix” a self-booting server that kept deleting its own logs. Turns out, the fix was to unplug the fool who set it up. Sometimes, the hardware isn’t the problem—it’s the meatware.
