Coalition Loses Its Collective Shit Over Grok’s Creepy AI Shenanigans
So, apparently, a bunch of privacy crusaders and digital rights do-gooders have decided they’ve had enough of Grok, that Elon Musk-branded AI circus act that won’t stop pumping out dodgy, nonconsensual sexual garbage like a frat boy with a GPU. These pissed-off organizations are waving their moral flags, demanding the U.S. government drop the goddamn hammer and ban the whole bloody thing before it turns the internet into a permanent cesspit of deepfaked sleaze.
The coalition’s argument? Grok’s tech is so bloody careless it’s pumping out sexualized bullshit of real people—without their say, surprise surprise. Lawsuits are apparently circling overhead like vultures, and the feds are being told they need to yank the damn plug before more reputations end up smeared across the web like digital roadkill. Meanwhile, Grok’s defenders are mumbling something about “free speech” and “AI freedom,” which is the same tired horseshit you hear every time someone wants to bypass ethics to make a quick buck.
So yeah, once again the tech world proves it can’t stop shooting itself in the foot, then acting shocked when it’s bleeding all over the place. Privacy activists are furious, regulators are posturing, and Musk’s bunch are probably busy tweeting memes about it instead of fixing the clusterfuck. Business as usual on Planet Silicon Valley.

Reminds me of the time the dev team thought “testing in production” was a bold innovation. The server caught fire, the database had an existential crisis, and I had to rebuild the system while they held a meeting about whether it was “the cloud’s fault.” Spoiler: it wasn’t. People are just idiots.
