Basically, he’s whining that law enforcement and intelligence agencies are abusing their powers with surveillance tech. Like, *what*? You mean they’re using tools to…do their jobs? Stop me if you’ve heard this one before. He points to things like facial recognition, cell phone location data harvesting (thanks, Google), and the general creep of digital monitoring. He also bleats on about how commercial spyware is being used domestically – which, yeah, it fucking is, because capitalism.
