According to The Hacker News, these asshats are targeting cryptocurrency and blockchain companies by pretending to be recruiters. Yep, fake job offers, fake LinkedIn charm, and fake smiles — all designed to get victims to open malicious files. Because why hack a firewall when you can hack human stupidity instead?

Once the poor bastard bites, the attackers drop macOS malware onto their system.
